General terms and conditions for the Chambres d'Hôtes
When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. After receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation by email. The reservation is only definitive after receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Cancellation between 14 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 19:00. If you arrive later, please contact us in advance. Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
Auberge Le Grillon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests during their stay.
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic or other extraordinary circumstances), suitable solutions will be sought in consultation.
Maximum 2 persons per room (family room maximum 4 persons). Children are welcome from 12 years of age. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at a surcharge of €10 per night. Pets are not allowed on the beds in the rooms. Pets are not allowed in the dining room.
The guest is liable for any damage caused by them to the property, inventory or garden.
